Mondis Monitor Distance uses a state-of-the-art non-contact distance measuring sensor designed for professional applications. Utilizing advanced technologies such as ultrasonic and laser-based Time-of-Flight (ToF), this sensor offers precise distance measurements, making it ideal for various industrial and environmental monitoring scenarios. Mondis Monitor Distance operates by emitting signals (ultrasonic waves or laser pulses) towards a target surface and measuring the time taken for the signals to reflect back. This time delay is used to calculate the distance to the target with high accuracy. The device transmits the collected data via LoRaWAN or NB-IoT connectivity to the Mondis IoT platform for real-time monitoring and analysis.
